He's drinking, eating a lot and playing nonstop with his new toys - a stuffed sheep and cloth bone. The sheep is his favorite!
We're in love.

HI Debra:  just wanted you to know that we all made it home fine yesterday.  Alfalfa was a real trooper!  We stopped after about 1 hour's travel and he ate almost all of the wet puppy food I had made for him.  Then he jumped right into the dog litter box (still in the trunk of my car) and everything came out just fine!  I was really surprised that he was so easy.  He's been eating and sleeping just fine since we got home.

We finally made it back from Houston! Macy is great! She ate a little bit on the way home and gave me puppy kisses! I wanted to thank you for taking such great care of her. She looks perfect-clear eyes, healthy skin/coat (no fleas!), and even clean ears! It's very obvious you love your animals and I'm glad to have linked up with you when searching for our new family member! Thank you again!

subjectMacy got a clean bill of health exam

Macy passed her vet exam with flying colors! Her stools were negative, skin, ears, and eyes are perfect. No heart or lung issues. She checked out healthy and happy! She still weighs the same: 1.8 pounds but is eating and drinking well! She gives tons of puppy kisses and plays with her toys like apro. She hates being alone, but that's fine with me!! She is quite a little cuddler.

.we are so absolutely in love with UGGS!!!!! we renamed her while we were looking down at my uggs slippers and the coloring of them and her. she is perfect in every way!! she is a great eater, with excellent shaped and textured pooh. she sleeps throughout the night. she loves to play and run on a big blanket. she is so loving and has become completely attached to us!! she gives lots of cute kisses and nibbles, but very gently!
we are so very happy, as is uggs. we look forward to sharing a long, fun life together. thank you for completing our family with such a special little miracle baby girl!!!!

sincerely yours...

Hi,  Everything went very will,  the baby is here and happy!  He had the nutrical as soon as I got him in the car and also ate the whole dish of food that was left right out of my hand on the way home from the Airport.   He also did his business on a puppy pad and is now kissing everyone and playing on the floor on a blanket.  He is much more adorable in person and has a wonderful personality.  thanks again.
His fecal was negative and the vet said he is in beautiful shape! he also weighed 1.10 lbs so he gained 1 oz. in 2 days which We thought was good because of stress.  They did try to insist on more shots but I put my foot down because they are an excellent state of the art vet emergency hospital but they do not specialize in Chihuahuas.  When I was checking out a woman with a chihuahua stopped me and said she comes there for emergencies but she has a Vet that specializes in Chis and does know about the danger of the shots and will hold back on the amounts and age that he gives them. He is in Cape May New Jersey and we have a place down there so we will call him to give the rest of the shots and neuter @ one year.  thanks and have a great day.

He is doing well, eating fine and tail wags ALL the time. Crying a little at night, which of course is producing bad husband habits like getting him out if his bed in the play pen. Otherwise all is good...got his first little bath tonight and he smells like a new baby! I took him to vet and took his stool sample but I haven't called for results yet. The other girls are exceptionally curious about him now as we've separated as directed. New pic coming for you-my neighbors are in love too....

Hi, He is doing great. We had another fecal done, it was good. He is so very playful. He will zoom around the coffee table forever. He was still 2.4 pounds this last check up (16 JUL). We changed to royal canine he eats the same of amount of either food. We continue doing the nutrical twice a day. and we got the nuvet but we havent started bc u said to wait.... so we have. They gave him the rabies shot and recommend a micro ship because he is such a special dog. He has another appointment in about 3 weeks for the 3 way thing. TTYL.

Hi Debra,
We are all fine, Both puppies are eating chicken, meat sticks and rice cereal. Not much luck with sooked dry food.
I had ordered the Nuvet quite a long while ago; I had wanted to give it to the Pom I rescued.
The vet thought that little Thumblina had quite the personality, ready to take on the world were his words. She is so inquisitive and playful. The two puppies are separated during the day as we take them to work with us. So in the evening when they are back together they are real terrors as the wrestle and run.
I did not get their shots at the vet visit, I am terrified as my last Chi went into shock and I rushed him back to the vet. I know they need them soon but I hope it is ok to let them get more accustombed to thier new home and routine.
It was great to meet you when we picked them up. The puppies were real troopers for the long 8 hour drive home.

Hannah is safely here and she is absolutely beautiful!  We met her with meat sticks, Esbilac, Nutrical, & water which she happily took.
She is now in her little pen in the kitchen with the others looking on.  It is on top of the kitchen table (we are right there of course).  The others were looking on and Hannah surveyed the group and then let out a bark.  Guess she told them.
Seriously, we are so happy with her and the best part of all is that Richard is crazy about her.  I am so glad about that and I have a feeling that he will steal her away.
Thank you for another beautiful puppy!!

Good morning,
Well, as you know, Lucy made it in just fine last night. The airline said she
did really well throughout the flight. She was a little nervous at first, as
was expected, but she warmed right up to all of us quickly. She enjoyed being
put to bed after all of the hub-bub and slept in her bed all night. She
started her first day at work with me today and seems to be liking the freedom
to move around easily. She has her vet appointment today at 2:00 and I'm sure
she will be given the A-Ok. We can tell you have spent a lot of time nurturing
and loving Lucy as she is healthy, loving and strong. I look forward to many
many happy years with her. I will keep you updated on her progress. Thank you
so much!

Willie(still haven't figured out a name for him) is getting LOTS of attention.  I'm staying at my brother's home for the weekend and everywhere I take him he people stop me.

Dear Deb,
Sending you many blessings and happiness this holiday..
We absolutely love Bella (formerly Weensy) she is not only beautiful but has an incredible personality and is potty trained! She has not had 1 accident since the moment we got her. She had all negative results at vet in her fecal and physical. We are waiting on rest of vaccines- my vet wants to do Bordatella- is that fine? I have scheduled an appt for 4 wks from now.
I will never hesitate to refer a friend to you for a puppy. I'm very confident in the quality and temperament of the puppies you raise based on our Bella.I hope we can adopt another family member from u in the near future..
Thank you for making our Christmas even better with this special puppy..

I am really going to try to get these pics to you. And I'm gonna try to tape him with his food. Tonight he was going all around the house collecting his hidden food.He eats until he is full then hides the rest. Today he has not stopped he is the 90 mile an hour puppy he tucks his little but under and just runs an runs. I can't believe how happy he is. He ha a stuffed rabbit that he carries around with him. An it's almost the size of him!!! He's very determined. I'll write you again tomorrow. I can't even tell you how happy I am you let us bring him into our family!!!

Thought you might like an update on our little princess. She has come into our house and made herself right at home.... Her first vet visit went real well and the Dr. said she was the cutest dog he had ever seen. She weighed in at a whole 1.7 lbs. I had promised myself that I was not going to let her sleep with me but that did not turn out too well. I put her in her playpen and she managed to jump out of it and came running into my room. The next night, I made a real nice bed for her in a crate that I had for my other girl. She cried and cried and cried until I just could not stand it any longer. I need to be strong and break this habit but it is so hard, she is so darn cute. She has already learned to use the potty pads, which is wonderful.
Until latter

Debra,
Dino is absolutely beautiful!
He is everything I hoped he would be and more!
He jumped out of his traveling crate and popped up and down like a little jumping bean.
He gobbled the Nutri-Cal, took some water and slept all the way home from the airport.
I had no intention of introducing Lizzy to Dino until this morning but last night I could not keep them apart.
They have not left each other's side in the last 7 hours.
They slept curled up in the puppy bed and they are now again curled up sound asleep.
If I were any happier I would bust!

How are you doing? It seems you are busy updating your site with a lot of new puppies... Nella is doing really well, eating well, sleeping well and having a lot of fun. Wanted to give you a quick update on Missy. I've renamed her Charlie. She is literally the most perfect puppy I could've asked for. She is so sweet and loving, she's never met anyone she didn't instantly love. She's been so great with potty training, she's very smart! She sleeps in bed with me every night and cuddle up right on my pillow right next to my face. The only issue I have with her is I can never leave the house without feeling so guilty that she's home alone :( Also I just always miss her so much, I think I'm the one who has the separation anxiety, not her! I definitely need to get her a little friend eventually, and when I do I know I can count on you to find me another perfect puppy. I really can't tell you enough how amazing she is, so well behaved, she doesn't even bark! I've attached some photos of her....

Hi Deb!
Hope all is well :) I know I keep sending u pics of Mia but its that I'm sooo happy and proud to have such a beautiful and loving puppy and I can't stop being grateful for such a wonderful little bundle of joy! I still can't believe how friendly and socialized she is everyone just loves her! And to those that say little dogs can't be trained... Not true she is soo smart and at almost 7 months, she is extremely well behaved and has learned many commands, but is still her funny happy outgoing self :) I know it's your puppies, how u breed them and take care of them that make these amazing little ones!
Yesterday was my birthday and Mia was the princess of the night, below is a pic of her in her fab outfit next to the cake so u can see how tiny she turned at 2.5 pounds. The tutu dress was bigger than her hahaha :)Won't take up more of your timeOf course it's ok :) also if any customer wants a direct reference feel free to let them contact me. Just let me know ahead of time so I know they are referred by u :)

Unbelievable for his first night in his new environment. He is already running and using the pee pad every time, we are in shock watching him do so perfect. He is calm and quite the cuddler when he is ready to sleep. We are so in love with him. I just wanted to again thank you for what an amazing job you do caring for these pups. It is very obvious how much he was loved before he got to us. To have him come into our home and from day one feel like he has been a member of our family for years is just incredible and is due to the fact of the care and love he received from you. Thank you for giving us such a healthy and beautiful puppy. We honestly couldn't be happier with him.

LOL She feels like she doesn't even weigh a lb.She is so very much the lap furbaby we wanted. She isnt wild or crazy at all.She just started giving kisses this evening.Yea,remember our time is dif.We went and bought her another new bed (made for a ferret) LOL because she is sooooo tiny. She loves it.We have been looking for yrs and I am glad I waited and got the little girl of our dreams.Well,I know you are busy and have tons of e-mails to read so I will stop here,as I could go on,and on,and on,about how pleased we are.I will let you know what the Dr.says tom.I am sure everything will be OK.Thx again Kenneth and Deana  ANOTHER HAPPY FAMILY,

Hi Deb!
Hope all is well! I wanted to share a compliment I received about Mia. She is getting basic puppy training and today the trainer asked me where she came from and continued to say she had never seen such a well socialized puppy. She was amazed that she pees on command on her pee pad and of course I have to thank u for starting her potty training as a baby, she got the hang of it very quickly! She is very friendly and sweet with people and has been like this since the first day she came home :) you take great care of your puppies and I would definitely recommend u to anyone who wants a lil Chihuahua! And to top it off She is soo beautiful!!!
Thank you for giving me such a little precious baby!
Regards,
Ximena

Hi Debra,
It's Dawniel  (aug 2010). I just wanted to check in and tell you THANK YOU again for my beautiful baby. He is still doing excellent and is more than I could have ever hoped for. You are very good at what you do and I am thankful! If you ever have a long hair female that is available, let me know. Carter is fixed so no worries there, I just want to someday get a sister for him and you are all I trust-

Hi Debra!

Just wanted to let you know Bitsy (now Mia) made it here safe and sound.  I absolutely adore her and the guys at Continental cargo were sad to give her up!  She's had something to eat and some fresh water and is now playing and exploring everywhere!  Thank you for such a great new best friend!
I have an appointment with the vet on Friday morning and just wanted to confirm that in terms of vaccinations, she's had 2 sets of the Four-way to date and nothing else.  She'll be due for her 3rd and final set of four-way in 3-4 weeks correct?
Thanks!

Hi Deb,

She is doing great!  Such a little spitfire now that she is getting adjusted to her new home! She is so playful and loving. Took her to the vet yesterday, she weighs 1 lb and 8 oz and vet says she is quite a healthy little baby.  She is eating good and really rules this house....lol My Mom absolutely fell in love with her!  We are having quite a good time together.  I can't get over how this baby prances on her hind legs!!!  She is absolutely adorable!!  Thanks for sending me this bundle of joy and love!  Will send more pics when I can get her sit still long enough....lol

Hope you are feeling better!!

Hi Debra,

Chris and I just wanted to update you on Rikki Tikki's sister (now named Buttercup) and Sweet Pea (now named Bailey). Buttercup, I know we were worried that she was going to have difficulty adjusting. However, she has shown just quite the opposite. She is just as aggressive as Bailey when it comes to eating and she makes sure she gets her fill. She's no longer timid, waking us up at 4 a.m. to play! The two constantly play with each other and look guilty when they're "caught." Their current bed is a huge sleeping bag, with toys (and pee pads) all around. On the first and second days, Buttercup and Bailey did not dare to tread past the limits of the sleeping bag. Last night, they grew the courage to explore outside of the sleeping bag so we decided to put some barriers up. Consequently, we awoke to the two trying to dig past the "great wall of China." Overall, the puppies are doing very well. They are scheduled for their vet visit today, where they will have a fecal exam and their 4 way shots. I have no doubts that the vet will find them to be healthy puppies!

We love spending time with them, and we are so happy that they feel the same. Our favorite is when we tell them to come here and they come forwards, then backwards, forwards then backwards. It is the cutest thing! They are very competitive for mommy and daddy's affection.

Thank you Debra for such a wonderful experience. You have blessed us with two beautiful puppies and we cannot be more thankful. You are so passionate in what you do, and you are such a kind spirit. Please continue to keep in touch and feel free to contact me anytime!

Sincere regards,
Cecille

I just thought you may like this photo as a size comparative of one of your babies compared to others sold when he was a tad over 4 ½ months of age curled up in the hand of my husband, and he is not a large man.  Too, I wanted you to know how extremely impressed my oldest daughter was a few days ago when I took Minnow and his puppy litter box with me to her home for his first meeting with her.  As soon as I put both he and his tiny ferret corner litter box onto the floor, he jumped into it to use it.  She immediately said, “Look, he is using his litter box!  He is really using his litter box!"  The next day she called me and said she really thought he was a great dog and talked again about how impressed she was with him.  She told me that to her, he really does not seem like a DOG (she has an indoor cat) but that he is really more like some kind of a lovable critter of some kind.   She really, really liked him. To tell you how smart he is, he repeatedly will drag his puppy bed to where he is too short to reach something I don't want him chewing on and he will then use it as a foot stool to be able to stand up higher (on two legs) to reach it. And when I take tissue to quickly reach down to clean out his puppy box, he dashes in literally like a little torpedo to grab the tissue away and then jubilantly runs with it, delighted with his capture because he once drug his bed over to be able to reach the tissue when we were at church one time and had fun dispersing it all over the floor and now knows that the only way he can have it again is to quickly grab it out of my hand and run with it.  So now it is a game for him as to who is going to be faster.  We also play hide the toy game and he will pretend he is looking elsewhere and not watching where I am hiding it but is straining his eye balls only and not his head to watch me out of the corner of his eyes to see where I am putting it.  The first time we put the microwavable heater in his bed, I hid it under all his covers and as soon as I put him in it, he tore all the covers away to see what the heat source looked like that was new in his bed.  Before it arrived though, we had to use a ski heating source that is a little smaller than your hand and it was knotted into a sock and put into his bed.  As soon as we turned out the light we heard it being tossed overboard out of his bed with a thunk but the microwavable one is far to heavy for him to toss out of his bed.  He has learned what quite a few words mean too and responds appropriately.
Your friend....Shiloh

Hi Debra,
Yes she is smaller than I had realized but I am very happy with her! I just want to make sure I am getting everything right as far as her feeding and care goes. My vet did give her a 4-way puppy shot but I made sure to tell him not to give her lepto. In fact, he told me he didn't want her to have it because of being a toy breed. He also told me we should wait on giving her rabies as well. I liked that he already felt that way about some of the shots and that I didn't have to try and "convince" him to wait. I am sure I will continue to have questions for a while because I have never raised a puppy this small before, but I am willing to learn! She really is wonderful and I am delighted with her. My Mom loves her too. She is over here right now at my house holding her :)
Thanks Again,
Elizabeth

Hello Debra
It seems it has been a little while since I gave you some news. I hope you are doing well. Nella is doing great. She is a happy little girl, always wagging her tail, loves everybody( me a little bit more ! -Michael is jealous ! ). Dahlia plays the mom, often licking her. It is very cute when they sleep side by side . She weighs 1.96 lbs now, do you think she could grow to be more than 2 1/2 lbs?. Usually, I get my females spayed at 6 months but Nella being so small, I was wondering if I should wait a little bit longer. Can you tell me approximately when your females get their first heat cycle?
I will take some pictures saturday and send them to you. Have a wonderful labor day week end.
My best to you and your family.   Corinne

Good morning Deb
I talked with Michael at 5: 30 am(8: 30 am for me). Nella had slept mostly in her crate but he took her in the bed early in the morning. He didn't sleep being afraid to crush her!! She had eaten last night soaked dry food and this morning went on the wee pad in the bathroom. He is completely in love with her. He just called me from the airport 1 hour before the departure which is at 9:am. Before they left the hotel, she played with her toy in front of the mirror and ate again.
So she is doing really well . While talking to me, he was holding her in a blanket on his lap. She is an adorable, lively little puppy.
They should be home around 6- 6:30 pm. I am so glad they can make it earlier,I am looking forward to holding her.
Everything worked out really well and I want to thank again your lovely daughter and her fiance. They have been so nice and patient . I will send you a note after they arrive.
I hope you are doing well. I deeply appreciate all your did  concerning Nella. You are a great lady.

I got my first Chihuahua from you a few month ago and she loves Priceless, they play so well together.   I hear from other Chihuahua owners that they could not potty train their puppy's but both of mine went on the pee pads the moment I brought them home.  I am so glad I found you because these dog's are "one of a kind" and not just because they are so tiny but they have so much personality! Debbie, when i tell you he is the sweetest puppy, that is an extreme understatement.
He is eating fine, pooping and peeing fine as well ,and on his pads.
You might think i am crazy, but he is actually training Jigger to use the pad to do his business.
We had him dressed for Halloween and the neighborhood children went crazy when they saw him coming to the door. He looked o cute and handsome too.
We will get another probably end of year or early 2013. I will keep looking at your site periodically. Male the color of Itsy Bitsy or Mila. Long hair a maybe too.

Hope this finds you well. Just wanted to let you know that Ballad is doing wonderful! He went to the vet again last week just to get his shots. My vet told me that he is an absolutely beautiful bred chihuahua. He topped the scales at a whopping 2 lbs.  He has had no issues with his potty training, like I said from day one he has gone outside.  The vet was amazed at how well he has already trained his bladder like that.  He is a happy, healthy baby and we are so pleased with him.  He is a true lover, and people pleaser.  Please feel free to use us as a reference. You can also show those pictures I sent of my 'teacup' girl at 5 lbs and Ballad at 2lbs.  Really shows how the bodies should look for true teacups.  I look forward to being a repeat customer in the future. Thank you for such a precious gift!!!

Charlotte is doing so well. I can tell you socialized her well because she is calm and does not scare when I brush her or make loud noises such as flush the toilet or use my hair dryer (on me). She is learning housetraining fairly quickly! I am using pee pads on the back patio. She is having fewer accidents indoors. She has really taken to the dry food and water--I think she is becoming less interested in the puppy milk. She loves cuddles and takes well to new people. And she loves to chase a little tennis ball around my bathroom. She still cries during the night when she is in her crate, but she is getting used to her new little space, I think. She is so beautiful and dainty and I am so happy to have her in my life. Thank you!...

Deb,
She finished her bowl of food, drank some of her water, attacked her toys and shook her little frog to death and then ran over to her potty tray, jumped in and peed!
She is acting just fine again.  Now resting on Mike with her head on her little rope.

We LOVE her!
----Cindy

Hello Debra-
Just wanted to drop you a line regarding Fairy.  She is wonderful.  She has adapted to our home very well.  She's eating and drinking just fine.  I truly think she is as happy as we are.  She had a great Easter and looked darling in her basket.  I will talk to you soon.
Thanks-
Tiffany

Yes we found everything.  She is just so perfect. Beautiful and has such a wonderful personality. She will fit in just fine with my other three. She has been using the litter box, but has has a few mistakes but is doing so very well with it. She is eating ok. Sometimes I worry to much thinking she isn't eating enough. She loves to cuddle and can tell that you spent a lot of time with her. I will write a letter for you when I get a chance. Once again thank you for the beautiful puppy. She is wonderful

Thank you so very much for "Princess Guenevere", better known as Gwennie.  She is absolutely adorable and Cristy is in love with her.  We took her to the vet on Saturday and our vet checked her from head to toe and just thought she was perfect in every way.  She was given a 4 way and it didn't faze her a bit.  She's eating, drinking and has adapted so fast to her new life.  She is using her litter box like a champ and loves her play pen.  Cristy is already spoiling her......today she was just crazy and cracking us up.  She was really brave and checking out the entire downstairs of our house, running all over the place, growling and barking at our dogs and just wanting to play and be silly.

We couldn't be happier with her!!!!  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I've attached some pictures for you to see how she is doing.

Thanks again,

Denise

Deb,

Just following up per our conversation of last week.  The puppies are adorable and very loving.  They came out of the carrier that way.  Ralou is so different than Delilah and as I mentioned I call him CJ for Cracker Jack.  Everyone that meets them loves them and their personalities which is certainly a tribute to your knowledge of the breed and their handling.  Delilah is a spitfire and takes no crap from the other dogs but cannot give enough kisses to me and is a pocket pet for sure.  CJ and my other dog Tinkerbelle are a treat to watch.  They play and wrestle endlessly.  I know I will never breed these guys but when and if I ever decide to get another I will be coming to you.  I will send you pictures later on.  Thanks again.

Hi:  I got your email asking for Betty Boop's pictures quite a few months ago during my busy season. Sorry I couldn't reply sooner, I accidentally deleted your email address.  Finally found it again yesterday and want to give you an update.

She's doing wonderful and made us laugh every day. She gets along very well with my other Chihuahua, they move together in unison and sleeps together. Mei (Chinese name for litter sister) loves to steal (food) but we don't mind. We celebrated her one year birthday in May with a can of dog food and a candle.  Enjoy and I will email you more later. Thanks for keeping touch

Betty weighs about 2.2 and the white weighs 4.2 last time we took them in for check up couple of months ago. People do stare when we take them out, most of the time they're in my front pack. Betty is very attached to my white, she cries when ever he's gone. She's a beauty.

  Hi Debra,
I thought I would give you an update on Lily, that’s her name now.  She is the love of our life and more than we could ever hope for.
I did about four months of research and looked at every site on the internet.  For some reason I kept coming back to yours.  When I called and talked with you, I knew you were the breeder for me.  You have been a Chi breeder for many years and I know you have devoted your life to breeding the best of the best.  Knowing what I now know, I would never purchase a Chi from anyone but you.  You may think your paying a lot, but you get so much more than you pay for and you can’t put a price on that.

Thank you so much for Lily.  She has truly changed our lives.  Thank you for the perfect Chi.  Mike and Cindy

Hello!
I just wanted to send you an email to let you know that Jade is doing so
well, she is perfectly behaved and gets along with our other Chihuahua
extremely well. She learns very easily, she knew her name in less than a
week, and she can now sit and stay. She's so adorable and tiny, we
couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!

Hi , We picked her up this morning and she arrived safe and sound. She is PERFECT!  I love her and she is so happy with her new family.  She is eating and drinking and going potty on her pad and is adjusting quite well.Oh I can tell she is one healthy puppy and the Vet is right "she is the most beautiful puppy ever"  Thank you so much for selling her to me! Looks like the 1 for us. U are the best your pups have changed our lives, as close to real babies as you can get. Smart as whips. I probably bore you but these 2 I promise know when we are coming down our street. How? Don't know guess their hearing is that good but they are propped up on front door dancing and looking out when we turn in our driveway ,and all we can do is smile .

Foxy has completed her shots and has adapted extremely well to her new home and family. She is also exceptionally smart and learns new things very quick...FYI-  She is being used in a movie shoot Friday in a restaurant I own here at the beach.   I did want to thank you for the professional, yet personable attention you provided for this whole experience. I have bought several dogs in my 66 years but this experience as well as the quality of this dog speaks volumes for your breeding and your general concern for animals.Thank you,Ted Van Huise
